All our volunteers are special, selflessly giving up their time and energy for the love of horses (and donkeys, ponies and mules!). But special mention should be made of our long-time volunteer Sheila who this month is celebrating ten years of helping at ARCH. Sheila has seen the charity grow and expand, move premises (more than once) and has cared for countless animals. She has been involved in some high-profile rescues and recalls somewhat dangerous occasions when she and Jill risked life and limb (thankfully both feel their age precludes them from similar actions now!).
