Torda came to ARCH in October 2023 with three other horses, part of a high profile rescue operation. She was in a very poor state, scrawny, undernourished and frankly looking very unattractive. She, understandably, had no trust in or connection to humans. But look at her now! Recently, looking like the swan she has become, she went to a wonderful new home. She will be living in a small herd which includes another ARCH rescue, the lovely Atenta who is looking stunning in her new life. This is what ARCH is for, outcomes like this make it so worthwhile for all our volunteers.
