And here we have ……. MERCEDES! Our donkey matriarche was 24 years old on June 1st. Mercedes came from a trekking centre several years ago and suffers badly from arthritis, though she can get to her feed bucket at an amazing speed!. She has also been known to go walkabout in the hay store and enjoys pottering round the Centre looking for tasty morsels. Happy Birthday Mercedes and many more! She got an early birthday present recently in the form of her very own sponsor.
