We have two new donkeys at ARCH. The two boys, Pancho (brown) and Platero (grey) have been in a dog pound near Seville after being abandoned. Both have been castrated and they travelled down to the Centre in Salvi’s new lorry. Their departure, journey and arrival were filmed by a crew from “Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun” for a programme which will be aired in the New Year. Our other young donkey, Bravo, was ecstatic to see the pair and, hopefully, when the newbies have settled down and had some much-needed care, they will be able to play together.
