ARCH has taken in yet another abandoned horse. The grey mare was wandering loose in the campo in the dark when she almost caused an accident. As is too often the case, she has a microchip, but the registered owner declares he sold her/gave her to someone else. While the legal wranglings are sorted out the mare (who was named Pepa by the person who contacted ARCH about her) is safe at the Rescue Centre. She is a gentle soul and has settled in happily.
