Askara needed a huge operation on her nose so she could have a chance at a better future. This rescued mare had an gaping hole in the front of her face that required urgent surgery before the summer flies arrive.
Askara had her operation and her nose has healed nicely. Askara now has her forever home in Sweden with her companion Bailadora, both are so happy.
We couldn’t have fixed her without all the help from you our supporters. Thank You..
I saw the t.v programme tonight in the U.k featuring Askara.
How could someone be so cruel towards an animal.
Horses have such grace and beauty, and through their eyes a soul so deep it seems endless.
I am so glad that she made a full recovery through your great efforts, and that she has found a home where she will be cared and loved.
Keep up the good work
Thank you Alan for your kind words, Arch works so hard with the horses and ponies and all they volunteers work so hard.
Askara and Bailadora are living in Sweden with they new owner and enjoying they lovely new home. You can follow they story on here as the months go by we will up date they life in they new home.
I too saw the programme tonight just after I booked a trip to your area for April. What a wonderful job you are doing to help the horses. How people can be so cruel beggars belief. Would it be ok to come and visit
